well written and explained, i doubted the same, the couple who are that traumatized went on social to post a video about themselves and then 1-2days later their faces are totally fine, no signs of wound ageing features, bruises??? gone???
Coming to the social media aspect, some idiot posted it and went totally viral like you said 200+M views…looks like a complete manipulation, this is like some George Soros level shit. ANTI INDIA propaganda at its finest, on the other hand we have people on twitter, multiple accounts (I don’t want to mention/most of you know already) started this hatred towards India post after post only against India and Hindus, Islamic/Muslim atrocities are already rampant across EU, UK and US yet everyone cried anti India propaganda like there’s no tomorrow

on Twitter it was said, they work for missionaries, but if they are culprits or have been drawn into a conspiracy would need to be probed. nothing was disclosed about those arrested, not if the belongings of the couple have been retrieved, even their faces were covered except for the eyes.

Thank you for shining a light on this issue. There needs to be a relentless focus on rooting out such behavior. There is probably some truth and that is distressing. I feel discouraged and downcast at my countrymen.
Also there should be more emphasis on education, so people can get jobs and are not resentful.

I hundred percent agree with your view, I have been posted in a similar area in Jharkhand ,believe me actually police do not go out after dark for Patrolling. The entire sequence of events is shady and requires thorough enquiry, it’s fake.
I have myself patrolled that area but with heavy contingent. The timings don’t match .I have fallen sick in that area and leave aside rape the doctors of that level can’t tell the difference between malaria and Typhoid.
Anyway the damage has been done to our reputation but its not going to have any impact on votes– Regards Joshi

Yes, for an average newspaper reader all numbers concerning India look gigantic… just because Bharat is 20 to 30x larger than most other countries in the world.

I remember 15-20 years ago, India was denounced and declared by the left and abrahamic dominated press as the HIV virus capital of the world.

When the stream of bad news did not stop, I thought to make a calculation to get the number PER CAPITA (or per lakh inhabitants).

Of course, the result was that Bharatīya numbers are much smaller than of most of countries, incl. the Western countries.

Bhârat-India is the largest country, population-wise, so it is only logically that many statistics will come up with highest absolute numbers. One can compare only when calculated PER 100’000 inhabitants.

The whole thing smells fishy. People cannot pin corruption or any scandal on Modi ji and his cabinet. This rape case, the kicking of the namazis by a delhi cop, are all part of the tool kit to bring down the Modi government.
